METABOLIC DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH ONCOLOGIC PATHOLOGY

Relevance: Metabolic disorders often take on a systemic character. It affects carbohydrate, lipid, and hormonal metabolism. Moreover,
 these changes promote the development aggravation of several pathologies. The prevalence metabolic disorders, including obesity,
 is increasing worldwide in Kazakhstan.
 study focused clinical characteristics syndrome (MS) components patients with cancer comorbidities.
 Methods: materials included medical records MS – 35 people (main group) non-cancerous patients
 (control group). was diagnosed combination three symptoms: abdominal obesity, high blood pressure,
 increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels. data were analyzed processed using STATIS-TICA 10
 software package. significance criterion p<0.05.
 Results: All studied obesity. Indicators analysis showed significant difference HDL-C
 concentration main control groups: 3.8 mmol/L 5.7 controls. No in
 pressure found.
 Conclusion: age evidences threatening tendency to develop young middle ages.
 A significantly lower LDL-C compared controls allows this parameter predict cancer
 ]development MS. Thus, HDL-C could be used as marker for pre-symptomatic
 diagnostics.
